We specialize in zinc-plating processes, with the most revolutionary among them: alkaline zinc without cyanides, zinc galvanic acid, and zinc cyanide ZAS; chromates, zinc alloys: zinc nickel, zinc iron, and cobalt zinc. The range of products of Galvanolyte, encompasses the processes our market demands, such as alkaline copper, acid copper, silver, cadmium, black nickel, electroless nickel, satin nickel, glossy and semi-gloss nickel, Mach GA chrome and biodegradable cleaners.

In our laboratories, we have the best support in the country for customer service. The volumetric analysis are performed by means of a fully computerized TITRALAB titrator, which operates with great speed and accuracy. It is able to make slides of any type of electrolytic bath. Ultraviolet spectrophotometers give us the possibility to analyze a wide range of elements within a solution, whether buffing, metal contamination, water hardness, etc. Thickness measurements are made on digital equipment, which can make STEP tests for semi-gloss/gloss nickel. We also have state of the art equipment for testing of salt chamber, humidity and Corrodkote. Our pilot line is available to process parts of our clientele in order to catalog the excellent quality of the new finishes we offer. In Galvanolyte we also offer training courses in our facilities for your convenience.

Metallized Aluminium

Aluminum has low hardness and poor surface resistance, therefore, it needs to be coated with other metals to improve its surface performance and decorative purposes. However, electroplating of aluminum and its alloys is more difficult than other base metals due to their physicochemical reactivity and instability in acidic and alkaline media, whereas their surface layer will easily react with oxygen in the air to form an oxidation film of aluminum and its alloys. Old Finishing Plating
